For Sale by Owner and Agent

I'm doing my part in marketing our house.  In addition to telling everyone I meet that our house is for sale I've been doing some advertising.  Today I put an ad on the Hartford, CT craigslist.  This is the month that people in the northern climates really start suffering from cabin fever.  Someone who has had their fill of cold weather and snow just might see the ad and say "I'm out of here".   Last week's ad on the Atlanta craigslist brought a request that I advertise on a website that markets to people needing homes that are "accessible" to those with age or physical limitations.  While I was on the Hartford craigslist site I looked at homes for sale in the area where we bought our first house.  No way would I pay $239,900 for that house now. More than 10X the price we paid!
