Winter Picture

I took this picture on our Christmas Day snowmobile trip.  We stopped at this charming spot to have our turkey sandwiches.  The water was not frozen because of nearby hot springs.  During the summer months there are coin-operated machines filled with trout food near the bridge.  As a result there were some well-fed trout swimming around.  I'm not sure if we were in Idaho or Montana when this picture was taken.  We began our trip in West Yellowstone, MT and crossed over the state line several times.

'Oh what fun it is to ride on a horsepowered open sleigh.' That's how the song goes, right? Our annual (2 so far) Christmas snowmobiling trips are so fun. Both adventurous and beautiful.
