School Lunches

I've watched the Jamie Oliver crusade to change school lunches.   Seems Chicago City Schools have already overhauled their lunch program and are offering more healthy food.  But they must be missing the mark on flavor because most of the lunch offerings end up in the trash.  Their solution:  ban students from bringing lunches from home.  WHAT??  In what universe, on what planet, in what country, is brown-bagging not a good thing?
