My confession .... I have never purchased a designer coffee. Is that what you call coffee that costs 5 plus dollars and served in a paper cup. I really don't know what to order, I usually like my coffee black and I don't understand why the smallest coffee is a grande or is it a tall coffee. But I would pay $5 for art in my coffee.

A wine expert can earn the title: Sommelier. Did you know a coffee expert can earn the title: Barista?
I have heard the term Barista, but did not know they had to pass a test. Is it like the hair salon where the more experience and education the hairdresser has the more money they can charge?
Not sure, but I have seen these stencil things that you can lay over your cappuccino cup and sprinkle cocoa powder to make a design.
