Our travels over the Christmas holiday season took us to Las Vegas where we saw Christmas lights and decorations in addition to the regular over the top lighting. To your question; yes, in my 30 hrs there I did amass the large fortune of $36.00.
After Vegas we went to San Francisco for a week. This view is from our hotel room. The city was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We went in many of the hotel lobbies to enjoy their outstanding decorations & trees.

Looks like a great trip. Is that the picture that Hilary Swank took? Of course I love the gingerbread houses - I think about the Grove Park Inn every year.
