...... My Mac is failing. It actually has not worked for a week until this morning. Though it took a very long time for it to boot up and everything I click on takes minutes to load I am able to get some things done. It's difficult, but I'm getting by. I'm a bit "twitchy" but once I get a new computer I'll be back to normal. This burst of life from it this morning is quite healing.
We've just been traveling back & forth between GA & TN, a 2 hr drive. It's still confusing, trying to remember what days we are going to be where and what of our belongings is where. It's strange to hear Dick say he is "going to the office" after 10+ years of his office being the well worn leather chair in our den. He seems to be enjoying the change of pace.
There was a strong downpour of rain last week. Lasted about 30 minutes and I found water in the garage. A very large strange roof angle between the garage roof and the house wall was full of leaves, probably forcing the water up under the shingles and over the flashing. It was nice to email the landlord and not have any more worries about it. Guess that the good side of renting. The downside; it doesn't look like my house and I can't change much.
A good day to all.

I have similar thoughts about renting. It is nice not being responsible for things that go wrong, but missing that make it your home feeling. I think people that have always rented don't get the same itch. I can imagine "going to the office" is a nice change of pace. Personally, I think I would prefer that over home office. I would like walking to someone's office instead of always having to be on the phone. ~Leigh
