Drive Safe and avoid those people who haven't been out since last year.

This time of year the rather tenuous driving skills of many people deteriorate when they are out shopping and dining in areas they are not familiar with.  You will notice them especially in parking lots.      I always say they only come out once a year.  So please be careful out there.
