Hidden Sunset

While moving about the house this evening I noticed a pink glow in the sky.  I grabbed my jacket, went outside and into the neighbor's yard to get the best view I could of the western sky.   It occurred to me that in this house I never get to see a sunset.  Even sunrise is somewhat obstructed.  I never realized until I started spending time out west that there are places you where you can see the sun from dawn to dusk.  This isn't a complaint, just an observation as I certainly have an enviable view out most of my windows.
