Bon Appetite'

My dear friend loves getting people together.  One thing she and her hubby do is host a themed dinner party every 3-4 months.  We've been concentrating on countries this year.  So far there has been an Austrian night and a Greek night.  Tomorrow is Spain night.  The menu is tapas style (small portions on small plates).  The menu is decided on and the dishes are assigned.  And have we ever had some delicious meals!!!  I'm not a gourmet cook, but so far I haven't bombed.  Of course I haven't finished tomorrow night's dishes yet.  The best part about these type of dinner parties is that we can have great company and great food and the cost is distributed.
