I love these pictures that René took yesterday at our house in Idaho. This little guy is a member of the rodent family, specifically, he is a weasel. But his white color in the winter makes him valuable to the fur industry as he and his buddies would make up the ermine trim on the royal robes of kings and queens.

I kept my eyes open while I was there for any special critters...finally saw a moose on the way to the airport!
