Dinner Guests

We asked the former owner of our home to dinner tonight and he graciously gave us an explanation of the water and sprinkler system. His girlfriend, a former hairdresser turned National Park Ranger, also came and gave me a haircut. (The haircut was arranged previously, wasn't a spur of the moment decision). It was a pleasant evening. How many real estate transactions have we had that we ever wanted to sit down to dinner with the former owners? .... just this one.
