Today we put out Georgia house back on the market. The eight months it was for sale last year brought very few prospects, as there was a 3 year inventory in the area. A price drop was inevitable. So the price is considerably lower than before. We chose realtors with age and years of experience in this neighborhood, after last year's more youthful realtor fell short in effort.
So back to more frequent housecleaning and trying to contain the clutter, not my favorite activities. Hopefully someone will come along very soon and realize that they just can't go another week without living in this house and enjoying the wonderful view.
Wish us luck!

Good luck! I wish you a quick sell! And I hope that someone wants it ASAP. Movers and a group of friends (you know the ones you can now ask for help b/c of your last post) can get you packed up and moved quick!
I wasn't thinking of moving when I wrote that post, but rather about the people whose house burnt down. I will be having a "packing party" if an when this place does sell. So to my friends, watch for your invitation!
I can be there within 3 hours (to pick up Toby). We can have you packed and ready to go within 48 hours. I can't wait. Let the packing begin! Is a new "Saint Joseph" on the way? Good Luck. When we moved to TN, our friend (Jayne) unpacked all our boxes and put stuff away and I had just met her once--Southern hospitality at it's best.
