Snow Activities

Snow, not quite as much as last year, but there is lots coming overnight.  There was enough on this sled hill yesterday to keep us happy.  Not too fast for us Georgia folk, but a fun trip to the bottom to reward us for the long walk up.
Today was ski day.  The weather was great and I looked pretty good in my new ski pants and jacket, so I gave it a try after 15+ years.  Only one fall - getting off the lift.  It was a bad one and I was surprised I did not lose consciousness.  But nothing got broken and I went up and skied down the 3 more times with no more falls.  I'm pretty sure I'm going to be achey tomorrow.  I feel about skiing the same way I feel about golf - only if the weather is wonderful and the scenery beautiful.
Robert just heard from Leigh and Rene.  They are unable to take off from Denver and won't be getting to Jackson until 1:00 PM tomorrow.   Ugh.  They had already been in transit for 20 hours!!

Thanks for the comments. It is beautiful there. The weather here in Chattanooga at 7:00 a.m. is 62 degrees and drizzly. Have fun for me, too.
