These are two of my favorite views. Picture #1 is right out my back door. In the distance is a view of Amicalola Falls and the state park that surrounds it. The highest peak is Springer Mountain, the beginning/end of the Appalachian Trail. Hikers start here in March or April to begin their trek to Maine.
Picture #2 is of the Teton Valley in Idaho. This has become one of our favorite places in the past few years. We vacationed there this summer and this December will be our 3rd holiday stay. No matter which side of the Grand Teton National Park you are on, the view is spectacular.
