Homes for Sale

Real estate options are numerous in Driggs.  They are beginning to feel the 'crunch' that the rest of the U.S. is going through.  If your house back home is going down in value - you can't afford a vacation home.  We have seen some really nice homes and a couple of 'project' home and even one that is bank owned at this time.  Some homes we have looked at have been reduced in price 20%. Just down the street in Victor is a development "Teton Springs".  Very upscale with golf, cross country ski trails, pool, etc.  The houses were originally sold two years ago for $1.4 million - Some are on the market now for $700,000.  OUCH!  The homeowners are suing the developers for fraud.
