At times like this I think I'd enjoy living in a motorhome. I'd stay a step ahead or a step behind those seasonal events that make me uncomfortable.
Rants, raves and thoughts about the journey through my rather easy to deal with life.

That icky yellow stuff
I sent an email to one of my daughters this morning. Evidently I sounded a bit negative when complaining about the heavy pollen count. But really, this year seems much worse than I have ever experienced here in Georgia. There's even a tree next to my driveway that is producing long, pollen covered droppings (is that the term?) that I have never noticed it grow before. I get out the leaf blower almost everyday to clear them off the driveway. They form giant tumbleweeds that roll down the street. 5 weeks of pollen - I'm ready for it to be over!

That Yellow stuff is everywhere!! I want to wash my car but what is the point???
I certainly have been spoiled with the German spring this year. Yes, there are a few sniffles, but NOTHING compared to the southeast US pollen...I feel for you.
Okay...I deserve it! The weather has been beautiful here for over two weeks...not a cloud in the sky. (Very rare for Germany). Well, that means everything has been on fast forward blooming...and pollen is in the air. Certainly not nearly the level of SE US. However, we are expecting some rain today...and I'm excited about that. Hopefully, the pollen will be washed away and we can return to sunny days for another two weeks~
