So what do you call the company that provides your television, internet and phone service? I figure they are in the communications business. Then why is mine so difficult to communicate with? Their website is laughable. I can sign on and view my bill, pay my bill, etc. But if I ask to see what services I currently have the website tells me I am not a customer. This is after 14 years. Change? you ask. If you are in an area that is considered rural (60 miles north of Atlanta?) the FCC allows any provider that will come to that area to come in, provide service, gouge you on prices, and give limited customer service.
I think I wrote earlier in my blogging that being connected is such a hassle some days. Used to be it took one phone call to one person and all was taken care of.
Obviously, you can tell I spent too long on the phone today.

Oh my...you hit a topic that has had me pulling my hair out lately. I don't know how long we will be cable family. If I had it my way...we would already be done with it.
