There's a battery commercial shown on television. The man is trying to track down a beeping smoke detector in his house. Maybe I have a better tv set than I thought because it really sounds like one of mine. So much so that it freaks out the dog.
While I'm on the subject of sound effects. Siren sounds should not be allowed on the radio. How many times have you looked around for the police car or fire engine?
