Change of Plans

We boarded the plane at 8:00 PM last night for the final leg of our trip. The plane from SLC to Jackson is a small jet and it was packed. Due to the possibility of having to turn around the plane was fueled to the maximum. Also the baggage was heavier than they expected. They must know that people tend to carry heavier bags this time of year with gifts and bulkier clothing. After we were all seated they asked for volunteers to deplane and wait until tomorrow. The voucher amount was great and we really weren't excited about digging the car out of the parking lot and driving across the Pass so late at night. We spent a very comfortable night at the Hyatt Place courtesy of the airline and just had a good breakfast using our vouchers.
