No matter how far in advance you plan a trip, the last minutes are ALWAYS hectic. But when you suddenly find out your have to leave 6 days earlier .... oh my. When making air reservations for our newly adopted pet, we found that November 1st is the day all pet transport stops for the winter. So I must leave on Saturday in order to get our new snow dog, Josie, to her destination. Next week she will be learning about snow while I am painting walls and staining woodwork.
