Spring planting.

Green thumb?  Not this gal.  I bought the special peat pots, bought the seeds, and got the special "hot house" box to start this project going.  75% of the seeds sprouted and I followed the directions for repotting them.  Then all growth stopped!  I was expecting to be using those delicious organic herbs in my cooking by now.
I did choose to plant some zinnia seeds also and they are flourishing.  However, zinnias are not edible and my least favorite flower.  I was correct in assuming that I couldn't mess them up.

Years ago we bought a house that had many perennials already planted.  That yard was the most colorful I have ever had.  My present yard is currently in full bloom with native mountain laurel - what a sight!  Most of the mountain laurel are 12-15 feet in height with widths the same.
