Garage Sales
Daughter's neighborhood had it's annual garage sale event. Driving the 38 miles to her house we passed dozens of other yard sales. I think both the economy and the weather had something to do with the amount of sales. I have always loved garage/yard/tag sales. I mean, no matter how much you earn --- it was more than you usually earn on a Saturday morning.

I love garage sales! We just had one this Saturday and had an amazing turnout. Everyone is looking for good deals these days. :)
I love them too. In Germany, people don't have garage sales, but instead rent booths at flea markets. There is a big one in Dusseldorf that is swarming with people every weekend. I still haven't been to one. This weekend in my area of town, one of the churches is holding a children focused market...I hope to go snag some goodies tomorrow morning!
