Sleeveless shirt and no sunscreen

That's the prescription.  I just found out that I am one of the growing number of people who has a low level of Vitamin D.  The theory is we are staying inside too much in this country and when we are outside we are covered with sunscreen.  Everyone should spend 10-20 minutes a day in the sun without sunscreen.  So get out there and save your bones!

Good idea, I'm ready, but wait...where is the sun?

When I moved to the northwest, I was told to take a vitamin D pill along with the calcium with D.
Just watching the Today Show. They did a segment on the rising melanoma scare....so what is one to do?
Good idea of yours....15-20 minutes in the sun without sunscreen.
OK....bring a timer with you and the sunscreen.:)
