I am energy dependent -

In the winter, during an ice storm I'm all prepared for a power failure.  I can put on more clothing, light a fire in the fireplace, put the food in a cooler on the back porch.  I can cook on my gas stove or the propane grill outside.   But during the summer, on a bright sunny & warm day I panic.  When company is coming and the freezer is full, it's a sinking feeling to think I might have to cook everything all at once and try to keep it safe in a cooler.
So if we ever have to ration our utilities, can we do it in the winter?

It will be okay, look online for a energy support group.
