It's about my title - moving along

Well, things aren't moving along with the ease I've become accustomed to.  The lawsuit in Idaho still drags on and we actually don't have a court date until next February!  That's two years from when we signed a contract to buy the place.  We are hoping that our lawyer can convince theirs to go to mediation.  And on our current house the news isn't exciting either.  NO ONE comes to look, not even those who are just curious.  It's really discouraging.  Anytime we have moved in the past - we made up our mind and left.  If the house wasn't sold - it was the Company's problem.  We just got a check for the equity and left.  Meanwhile, we are missing the great deals on real estate in Chattanooga.
