The house was shown yesterday for the first time. It was someone from the neighborhood that wants to move to a house with a "view". They told the realtor that they always slow down when they pass our home because they like it so much. The last time they drove by they noticed the lock box on the door. In this neighborhood we are not allowed to have signs out front. So at least I know we have "curb appeal". A real estate sign wouldn't help in Big Canoe. Being a gated neighborhood, a prospective buyer has to enter with a realtor. We are at the mercy of the multitude of realtors to show our home. I've done some advertising on my own through Craigslist.com.
